Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for UI / UX Designer located in Bangalore. The Client experience Specialist will play a key role in creating cutting-edge user experiences and visually stunning interface. Person will be responsible for leading design initiatives, collaborating with a cross-functional team, understanding the product and driving innovation in user experience design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Possesses a strong visual sense, with particular expertise in UI design and an eye for high-quality visual aesthetics overall.
  • Partner with designers, engineers, and product managers to conceptualize and implement new features and enhancements for B2B products.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.Key Responsibilities

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new product features.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure a consistent user experience.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Experience in designing B2B products.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design solutions.
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and consistency.

Experience

[Required]

  • Min experience of 8+ years working in IT fields designing stunning user interface / experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role in UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.
  • Knowledge of design systems and their implementation.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
